This 3,050 square foot free standing Doctors Office was originally a coffee house and bar in Fort Collins, Colorado.  After an extensive remodel the building was transformed into a state of the art 4 lane eye care center with multiple pretest rooms, separate special testing rooms and a standalone contact lens lab.
